Terms and Conditions – 777cx Platform Agreement

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the User") and 777cx ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all services offered through the 777cx website and mobile application, including sports betting, live casino, slots, instant games and all promotional offers.

By accessing the platform, registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, which together form the complete user agreement.

If you are accessing 777cx on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that they also agree to be bound by them.

02 Eligibility

You must meet all of the following requirements to use 777cx:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777cx does not permit minors to register or use any part of the platform.
• You must be registering as an individual, for your own personal entertainment only — not on behalf of another person, business or third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of 777cx or any of its affiliated partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to determine whether using this platform is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction before you register.

03 Account Registration

Each user may hold only one account on 777cx. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number and any other details requested during the sign-up process. You must update your account information promptly if anything changes.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, you must notify 777cx support immediately. The platform cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have shared your credentials or failed to secure your account.

Account verification is required before withdrawals above certain thresholds are processed. Verification typically involves submitting a copy of a valid national identity document. We recommend completing verification shortly after registration to avoid delays when requesting a cashout.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 777cx are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and standard debit cards. The platform may add, modify or remove payment methods at its discretion, and availability may vary at any given time.

Deposits are credited to your account promptly, though processing times can vary by payment provider. 777cx does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — you are responsible for checking these separately.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier section of your account. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals above the basic threshold are approved.
• Any active bonus funds must have met their wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Withdrawals may take between 1 and 5 business days to reach your account depending on the payment method used. JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically the fastest channels for most Pakistani users.
• 777cx reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts.

Depositing funds does not carry a fee from 777cx's side, but the platform is not responsible for any fees applied by third-party payment providers. Always check the terms of your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet before initiating large transfers.

05 Betting Rules

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be altered or cancelled except in specific circumstances outlined below. You are responsible for checking the details of your betslip before confirming any wager.

777cx reserves the right to void bets in the following situations:

• A bet was placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or pricing fault ("palpable error").
• A sporting event was abandoned, postponed or significantly altered from its original format.
• There is evidence that the integrity of a sporting event has been compromised.
• A bet was placed after an event's result was already determined (late bets).

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all markets and are displayed on the betslip before confirmation. Accumulator bets combine multiple selections — all legs must win for the bet to pay out. In the event of a push (draw where applicable) on an accumulator leg, that leg is typically removed and the accumulator recalculated at reduced odds.

Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time — particularly during key moments in cricket, such as wickets falling or powerplay transitions. Bets placed before a suspension are honoured; bets that cannot be confirmed before a market closes will be returned to your account.

Cricket markets — including PSL, Pakistan international T20, ODI and Test fixtures — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules detailed in the Sports section of the platform. These include provisions for Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments, match abandonment and over-reduction rules that apply when weather interrupts play.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

777cx offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, enhanced odds on cricket and PSL fixtures, free spins and cashback deals. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page alongside each offer.

General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each offer is stated on the promotion page.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per user, per household, per IP address and per payment method.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money is used first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated time, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• 777cx reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. This does not affect bonuses already activated by eligible users prior to the change.
• Attempting to abuse bonus systems — including using multiple accounts, collusion or artificial play patterns — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777cx and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs or use automated bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets with knowledge of a fixed or corrupted sporting event.
• Abusing promotions or wagering bonuses in a way that is clearly designed to extract value rather than engage with the platform in good faith (referred to as "bonus abuse" or "advantage play" where it violates specific offer terms).
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing customer support staff or other users.
• Allowing or assisting a minor to access your account.

If 777cx detects or reasonably suspects any of the above, the platform reserves the right to suspend access immediately while an investigation is carried out, and to take whatever action it considers appropriate based on the findings.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

777cx may suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:

• You breach any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your account cannot be verified or you fail to provide requested identity documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• You request self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools or via customer support.
• Your account shows activity consistent with fraud, money laundering or terms abuse.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requires the platform to restrict access.

You may close your own account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. If you close your account while holding a positive balance, any verified real money funds will be returned to your primary payment method after standard processing checks. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited on account closure.

If you believe your account has been suspended in error, contact the support team with relevant details. Disputes will be reviewed and a response provided within a reasonable period.

10 Responsible Gaming

13 Amendments to These Terms

777cx reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active users via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continuing to use the platform after an update has been announced constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using 777cx and close your account. Any bets placed or transactions completed before the change takes effect remain governed by the Terms that were in force at that time.
